Key Responsibilities: Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on color cosmetics products, helping customers select items that meet their individual needs. Drive sales in the region by promoting and upselling color cosmetics, skincare, and related products. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Support regional sales initiatives by ensuring consistency across stores and beauty counters. Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the region. Monitor sales performance across the region and provide feedback and recommendations to regional management. Train and mentor store Beauty Advisors and sales teams on color cosmetics products, trends, and application techniques. Ensure all Beauty Advisors in the region are knowledgeable about the latest product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Conduct regular workshops and product demonstrations for both customers and staff. Monitor and optimize sales operations, ensuring inventory management, product placement, and store displays are aligned with company standards. Oversee the stocking and organization of color cosmetics in stores, ensuring product availability and accurate inventory records. Help streamline processes to improve operational efficiency within the region, such as product ordering, merchandising, and in-store promotions. Deliver outstanding customer service by offering personalized beauty consultations and creating lasting relationships with customers. Provide feedback on customer preferences and regional trends to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with regional and store management to align sales goals and operational priorities. Communicate regional needs and sales performance to the central operations team and management. Participate in regional meetings to stay updated on business priorities, product launches, and sales initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A certification in beauty or cosmetology is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in beauty sales, color cosmetics, or a similar retail environment with a focus on operations and sales performance. Skills: Strong knowledge of color cosmetics products, application techniques, and beauty trends. Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets within a retail or beauty environment. Strong organizational and operational skills to oversee regional store performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Additional Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
