You’ll lead our engagement efforts across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, in-app chats , and every place where moms show up for each other. Responsibilities Be the frontline voice of HOZ across WhatsApp, social, and community touchpoints Welcome new moms into our world with empathy, energy, and attention Spark conversations, moderate discussions, and create a safe space for women to share Plan and execute community challenges, UGC campaigns, and delight moments Track sentiment, identify power users, and surface feedback to the product & content teams Build systems for nurturing loyalty, trust, and repeat engagement Requirements 3 years of experience managing a consumer community or CRM engagement Excellent written and spoken communication—empathetic, upbeat, and clear Passionate about women’s lives, emotional wellness, and real talk Organized and responsive, even across high-volume chats and DMs Self-starter who can own projects end to end in a fast-moving environment Bonus Points You’re a mom, or you deeply understand the motherhood journey You’ve nurtured a loyal online/offline community before You’ve run support groups, challenges, or created safe digital spaces You’re known as the “people person” in every room you walk into About House of Zelena House of Zelena is India’s first comfort-first mom wear brand, focused on redefining postpartum and maternity fashion.
