Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour, and gather insights to improve design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Develop visually appealing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality. Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility. Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
