Roles & Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Tech (primarily) and Non-tech mandates. Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to attend to their hiring mandates. In the process ensure adherence to timelines and onboard qualified professionals that align to our company's value and culture. Adhere to the set recruitment processes while proactively contributing to up-scaling, aligning to the evolving org. level requirements. Contribute as a TA partner to stakeholders and provide manpower planning solutions to ensure business deliverables are well managed. Maintain the candidate experience at the centre of the entire hiring process. This includes timely communication through the recruitment journey. Work closely with the local and global HR team to align to the overall HR functioning while also seeking opportunities to participate in projects outside of Talent Acquisition. Skills & Competencies: Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience of which at least 3 years of handling Tech mandates. Proficient of working on any Recruitment ATS and well versed with MS Office. Efficient in people management, detailed and structured approach. Prior experience of working on RPO model would be an added advantage. Well spoken, confident individual and ability to multi-task.
