Job Description: Job Title:  Backend Developer (Python & Django) Location:  Sector-63, Noida (Work from Office) Experience:  3-6 Years Employment Type:  Full-time Interview Mode:  Virtual Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Backend Developer  with strong expertise in Python and Django  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building scalable backend systems, designing RESTful APIs, and working with relational and non-relational databases. This role involves building high-performance backend solutions that power complex web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Python and Django Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications Optimize database queries and design schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning Manage code using version control systems like Git Contribute to technical documentation and project planning Work in an agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Python  and Django  (Flask knowledge is a plus) Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs Proficient in SQL  and working with relational databases  (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Good understanding of OOP , data structures, and algorithms Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth) Knowledge of Celery , Redis , or RabbitMQ  for task queues Understanding of caching, performance optimization, and security principles Familiarity with basic frontend integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with Docker  or containerized deployments is a plus Exposure to cloud platforms  like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects Skill enhancement and career growth opportunities Collaborative and positive work culture Health and wellness benefits Note: This is a work-from-office  position based in Noida Virtual interviews  will be conducted as part of the selection process
