This role is responsible for smooth onboarding, accurate listing setup, and consistent post-onboarding account management. The ideal candidate will act as the brand’s partner in maximizing visibility and performance on our platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Onboarding Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new brands Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand listings are accurate, well-positioned, and optimized Set up and verify metadata, dropdowns, and brand profiles in line with platform guidelines Train new brand partners on how to use the platform effectively 2. Always-On Account Management Act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of onboarded brands Maintain regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance visibility and performance Monitor listing accuracy, brand presence, and adherence to platform best practices Troubleshoot issues promptly and ensure brand satisfaction and retention 3. Relationship Building Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and marketing teams of listed brands Understand brand objectives and proactively recommend platform tools and opportunities Identify potential for upsell, cross-listing, or feature participation 4. Internal Coordination & Reporting Liaise with content, creative, and technical teams to support client needs Maintain account health dashboards, tracking engagement, performance, and feedback Share timely insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders Key Skills & Attributes 1+ years of experience in account management Brand/Agency experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proactive, self-starter attitude with problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working with platforms, dashboards, or CMS tools
