Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager – Finance Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounts payable department's daily operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices Collaborate with user departments and procurement & treasury team, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices and reconcile SOA and resolve discrepancies Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports and variance analysis Ensure timely preparation of PL and BS schedules and review the same Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, GST & TDS provisions applicable to payable function and MSME regulations. Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations Co-ordinate with Oracle consultants to resolve Oracle issues and also to improve, streamline payable process Support User department and MIS team in budget exercise Monthly and quarterly forecast of expenses and variance analysis Fixed asset accounting monitoring and plan physical verification on a periodic basis and timely rectification of discrepancies Skills: Should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Accounting Package Good knowledge in MS Excel & Word Excellent communication skills Ability to work with cross functional teams. Well versed with Oracle ERP. CWA Inter / Final with minimum 10 yrs work experience in Accounts Payables Function.
