Responsibilities Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence The sales manager will focus on serving key accounts and also local Indian brands in India. This candidate should have working experience as package engineer of Brand side or sales experience in cosmetic packaging companies. The candidate should have strong cosmetic packaging expertise and relevant technical knowledge . The sales manager has strong competency in new business development, customer relationship, business acumen, communication & collaboration with sales traits (customer insight, result orientation, high level of integrity, reliable and responsible). Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
