Nuevosol is seeking a proactive and dedicated Officer – HR (Plant Support) to support its manufacturing operations through effective HR and administrative management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing day-to-day support to the Senior Officer – HR and plant leadership in driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : HR & Admin: Handle routine HR operations including employee onboarding, leave management, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, performance management, morale-building initiatives, occupational health and safety, and training & development. Escalate complex or sensitive HR matters to the Senior Officer HR, Production Unit Head, HR Head, and CMO as appropriate. Participate in disciplinary meetings, employee terminations, and internal investigations. Ensure adherence to applicable laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and best HR practices. Manage and administer CCTV operations in coordination with the security team. Perform other duties as assigned to support administrative functions. Attendance: Monitor daily attendance of all employees and contract labour, and submit a consolidated monthly report to the Head Office. House keeping: Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the manufacturing units. Security & Visitor Management Oversee visitor management processes, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. Coordinate food and transportation arrangements for visitors and customers. Monitor and supervise all security-related activities at the plant. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements, including ESI, PF, and related labour obligations. Coordinate and liaise with key regulatory authorities such as: Pollution Control Board (PCB) Inspector of Factories Labour Department Stay well-informed and up to date with the latest amendments and notifications under Telangana’s labour laws and manufacturing regulations, ensuring full legal compliance at the plant level. Inventory Management Maintain and monitor inventory of HR and administrative supplies such as pantry items, stationery, first aid materials, etc. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Foster a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing unsafe acts and conditions. Maintain an updated inventory of fire extinguishers and ensure regular monitoring and servicing. Authorities & Compliance Verify statutory compliance of contractors and service providers. Prepare and certify manpower supply bills for contractor payments. Audit & Compliance Ensure plant-level readiness for internal, statutory, and external audits, including those related to labour laws, admin processes, and contractor compliance. Maintain and update documentation to support audits under standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and other applicable certifications. Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate smooth audit execution and timely closure of non-conformities. Implement audit recommendations and drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative compliance practices. Educational & Experience: Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Human Resources , Business Administration , Industrial Relations , or a related field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in plant-level HR and administrative operations , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup . Prior exposure to labour laws , statutory compliance , and contract labour management is essential. Experience with factory HR , ESI/PF handling , and coordination with statutory bodies like PCB, Labour Dept., and Inspector of Factories is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
