Location: (On-site / Remote / Hybrid – specify) Experience Required: 3+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Automation Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automated testing frameworks that streamline the testing process and enhance overall product quality. The role involves maintaining a strong regression testing setup to ensure updates do not compromise existing functionalities. You will also develop and execute performance testing strategies to evaluate the system’s scalability, responsiveness, and stability under varying conditions. A key part of this role includes conducting security testing to safeguard data and system integrity. In addition to automation, the candidate will perform manual testing when necessary, conduct thorough root cause analysis for defects, and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. The engineer will actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to understand product requirements and acceptance criteria, while also integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Clear documentation of automation strategies, processes, and outcomes is essential. Staying up to date with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices is highly encouraged. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and lifecycle processes. Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or JavaScript, as well as experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, is required. Strong analytical skills, experience with SQL queries, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be valuable assets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaboration and reporting.
