JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Executive – HR & Admin, CFS Mundra Job Title: Sr. Executive – HR & Admin Reporting to: Location Head Location: CFS Speedy Mundra Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Desired Qualification: Post Graduate (HR) Required experience range: 5 – 8 years Targeted industry: Logistics/supply chain Division: CFS Department: HR & Admin Job Purpose: Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, Contract Labour Management, Contractor Statutory Compliance, Training and Development, succession planning, & performance appraisal. Roles & Responsibilities  Oversee recruitment and hiring process  Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.  Plan and direct for Training of all the employees, maintain contact with outside resources for training.  Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention  Update and manage employee records & HR Reports of Business/Corporate HR.  Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries  Contract Labour Management at CFS. Timely Renewal of RC under CLRA Act and Contractor’s Licenses  Ensure the HR Compliances of Vendors & MIS Reporting  Creating and revising job descriptions  Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling  Overseeing exit interviews  Participating in administrative staff meetings, Company’s Events, CSR Activities, also Conducting Open Forum & HOD Meetings etc.  Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts  Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives at CFS Level  CLRA Compliances & Updation in company compliance software  Driving PMS (Performance Management System) – Goal Setting (KRA / KPI), Half Yearly and Yearly reviews  Monitoring cost of Blue-Collar Employees
