What your role will entail Talent Acquisition Partner with Schools define staffing requirements Supporting the Director of schools and Senior Manager Human Resources to identify key/high risk roles and creating a recruitment plan for the year looking at both internal and external talent Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; HR Operations, Data & Compliance HR operations for Nagpur schools ( Recruitment operations, Onboarding & Induction, Exit formalities, payroll etc) Ensuring HR compliances under statutory laws as applicable to charitable organizations like ESCI, PF, POSH, Shops & Establishments. Support HR audit requirements, as needed Review & maintain HR Data and MIS Policies, Processes and Systems • To execute all HR policies and processes and ensure quality and timely implementation • Effective communication of employee policies and processes Team Management Contribute to the HR team goals and priorities beyond individual goals and priorities Will oversee a team of 1-2 members and be accountable for guiding their development and ensuring performance outcomes. Compensation: The per annum salary for this role is in the range of Rs.7,00,000 to Rs.9,00,000. Other benefits like PF, gratuity, medical insurance, paid time off etc. are over and above this.
