Flight tickets reissuance, rebooking or cancelled as per the requirements. Tracking of refund of cancelled tickets. Ensure timely processing of Foreign Exchange for aircrew & team. Maintain 24/7 support to ensure uninterrupted travel service to Aircrew and Support teams. Qualifications Prior working experience of 5 to 7 years with Online Travel Agents (OTAs), Travel Agency, Airline in Reservations / Ticketing functions / Travel house desk would be preferred. Required Skills Experience in Airline Ticketing. Knowledge of Domestic and International travel regulations. Preferred Skills Experience with Online Travel Agents (OTAs). Strong customer service skills.
