Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Specialist to play a key role in our business development process. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, articulating our value proposition, and coordinating with the Business Development team to convert leads into opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on LinkedIn and other business platforms to identify and profile potential clients. Perform initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to introduce our company and understand client requirements. Effectively communicate our offerings, key differentiators, and industry-specific solutions to prospective clients. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and gather necessary intelligence to support the sales cycle. Schedule and coordinate high-quality meetings or demos for the Business Development team. Maintain and update a lead tracking system, reporting daily outreach efforts, lead statuses, and meetings scheduled. Work closely with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of our services and ideal customer profiles. Nurture early-stage leads with consistent follow-ups until they are sales-ready. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) – Mandatory Strong proficiency in English – both verbal and written Hands-on experience in LinkedIn prospecting, market research, and client engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities Basic understanding of digital marketing, IT, or software services preferred Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus
