Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales team, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales data, creating marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Qualifications Sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management skills Experience in the fasteners manufacturing field, so that you have knowledge in the field. Experience in market research and analysis Proficiency in creating and executing marketing campaigns Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the sales and marketing industry is a plus
