Job Summary: We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless, responsive, and accessible digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly dashboards and interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components. Implement clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/device compatibility. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to improve UI/UX. Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines. Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data-driven features. Maintain and update UI components and libraries. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design and frontend development. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development, preferably with dashboards or enterprise applications. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Highcharts). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data integration. Basic knowledge of backend technologies or full-stack development. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Portfolio showcasing dashboard/interface design and development projects.
