To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a Web Developer & Coder who will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing engaging, user-focused digital experiences. Salary and Shift: Salary upto 50000 INR. Per month. Night Shift job, timing will be discussed during the interview. THIS IS A FULL-TIME JOB; WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR FREELANCERS. Key Responsibilities Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (especially with BuddyBoss or BuddyPress frameworks) Write clean, scalable, and well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP code Customize themes and plugins to enhance user experience and performance Integrate payment gateways, email marketing tools, and CRM systems Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile, and accessibility Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align tech with branding Manage site backups, hosting migrations, and regular maintenance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in web development (WordPress & custom coding) Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL Experience with BuddyBoss or BuddyPress is highly preferred Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Familiar with tools like GitHub, Trello, Figma, and Google Analytics Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Nice to Have Experience with membership sites, LMS platforms, or community forums Familiarity with WooCommerce, LearnDash, Mailchimp, or Zapier Graphic editing skills using Canva, Adobe XD, or similar tools Knowledge of security best practices (SSL, firewalls, etc.) What We Offer A chance to be part of a growing digital community in Canada Flexible working hours and remote-first culture Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities to grow with a national brand Creative freedom and autonomy in your work How to Apply To apply for this position, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience and interest in the role to and .
