Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site execution of interior projects from start to finish. This includes supervising workers, coordinating with vendors and designers, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining top-notch quality. The role demands hands-on site involvement, problem-solving, and effective communication to deliver beautiful, functional, and timely project outcomes. Key Responsibilites: Supervise and monitor interior site work to ensure execution as per design and quality standards. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors for smooth execution. Review technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Manage material procurement and inventory based on project requirements. Track project timelines and provide daily progress updates to the management. Identify and resolve any site-related issues or delays promptly. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations at all times. Conduct quality checks during and after installation. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and professional conduct. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or project execution. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, modular installations, and on-site execution processes. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Proficient in MS Office / Project Management Tools. Willingness to travel to project locations across Chennai as required.
