Position: Business Development Leader – Enterprise Fashion E-Commerce (8–10 yrs) About the Role Lead strategic growth with large fashion e-commerce players and omnichannel brands. Drive adoption of AI-driven virtual try-on, 3D catalog, and immersive retail tech to transform digital shopping experiences. What You’ll Do Build and execute enterprise GTM strategy for high-value accounts . Own full sales cycle: pipeline, POCs, negotiations, multi-year SaaS deals. Develop strong CxO relationships and influence decision-making. Deliver revenue targets and accelerate deal velocity. Partner with ecosystem players (PIM, ERP, digital agencies). Bring customer insights to shape product roadmap. What We’re Looking For 8–10 yrs in enterprise SaaS/retail-tech sales, with 5+ yrs in fashion/lifestyle e-commerce. Proven record in closing ₹10 Cr+ deals, managing long-cycle enterprise sales. Strong network in marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, etc.) and major brands. Skilled in consultative selling, account strategy, and executive communication. MBA or equivalent preferred.
