We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, enhancing online brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads through performance-driven campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, content strategy, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Oversee all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and paid advertising. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals and external agencies. Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to develop engaging campaigns and cohesive messaging. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Ensure brand consistency and maintain digital reputation across all channels. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies and implement best practices. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5- 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and lead generation. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and automation tools. Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
