Position : Marketing Lead Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a creative and organized social media & Content Creator to join our JOOLA India team. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and creating engaging content that highlights our brand, products, and sponsored athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, experience in content planning and storytelling, and a passion for racket sports, especially pickleball and table tennis. This role will work closely with our internal design team and external creative partners to bring content to life, so while basic content creation skills are important, advanced design expertise is not required. Key Responsibilities A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media and marketing leadership is mandatory. Plan and manage a consistent and engaging content calendar across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)and Must have experience in e-commerce projects or promoting brand awareness for sports brands. Create or coordinate the production of high-quality visuals and videos for posts, reels, and stories, working with internal designers or external creatives as needed Stay updated on all sponsored athletes, tournaments, events, and relevant trends to capture timely and high-impact marketing opportunities Write compelling captions, post copy, and blog-style content for the JOOLA India website to support SEO and drive traffic Proven experience with SEMrush, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics Collaborate with the India team and JOOLA’s global marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand tone, product positioning, and messaging guidelines Track performance metrics across platforms and make recommendations for content improvement based on insights Attend select events or tournaments to help capture live content when possible Manage and maintain an organized content library and scheduling system Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor content to bring new creative ideas and improvements to our strategy Ability to work independently and deliver data-driven strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Develop a strong understanding of JOOLA’s products and technologies to communicate key features and benefits effectively across all content formats.
