The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a dynamic, global environment. Position: Crewing Location : Mumbai Responsibilities End-to-end coordination of crew change, documentation, and compliance as per company and statutory norms. Crew planning, sourcing, and onboarding across ranks for main fleet vessels. Liaising with manning agents, seafarers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deployments. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Crew Sourcing / Operations / Planning / Training preferred Proven experience managing multinational crews and global operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and crew management systems.
