The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources including HR management, career development, and overseeing HR Information Systems (HRIS). Daily tasks include collaborating with departmental heads to determine HR needs, developing policies and programs related to employee retention and career development, and managing employee records and HR data through HRIS. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting employee training sessions, and participating in recruitment processes. Qualifications Human Resource Development, Human Resources (HR), and HR Management skills Career Management skills and understanding of employee retention strategies Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
