About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI solutions across various domains. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for various business applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and accuracy. Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms. Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices. Document processes, models, and workflows for internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers). Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI. Knowledge of data engineering and pipeline development.
