Location: Corporate Office, Guindy Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced team member in marketing communication (International Operations) with a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, Digital Strategy, campaign execution, and international market alignment. With a minimum of 8- 10 years in marketing, digital and brand communications, the ideal candidate will lead initiatives that position the brand consistently and effectively across global markets. This role demands strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and close coordination with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy, Digital & Communication: • Drive the development and implementation of marketing and digital strategy for international markets, ensuring consistency with the global brand framework. • Adapt brand messaging and visual identity to match cultural and market-specific nuances while maintaining overall brand coherence. • Ensure consistent brand representation across customer-facing materials, campaigns, and marketing assets. Content Creation: • Liaise with agency partners to create compelling and high-quality content for various platforms – Website and social media included • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone as well as brand guidelines Campaign Planning & Execution • Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and experiential channels in global markets. • Work closely with regional teams to localize content and ensure market relevance and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with product, design, and global sales teams to align on messaging, timelines, and deliverables. • Serve as a central point of contact for brand consistency across departments and international stakeholders. • Manage agency partners and vendors for campaign rollout and asset development. Event & Activation Management • Plan and execute brand-driven events, trade shows, and activations in key international markets. • Ensure end-to-end coordination, from concept and planning to execution and post-event analysis. • Support local teams in adapting brand experiences to suit market expectations. Market Research & Insights • Monitor brand performance and perception in global markets. • Conduct competitive benchmarking and gather regional feedback to refine brand strategy and campaign execution. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance brand relevance across different regions. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, International Business, MBA- Marketing or related field . • 8+ years of experience in brand communication or marketing roles, preferably with exposure to international markets. • Strong understanding of brand development, campaign management, and cross-cultural adaptation. • Experience in coordinating large-scale marketing projects with global and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in project management and creative briefing
