Position OverviewWe’re looking for passionate UX/UI Designer Interns to join our Product Design team for 6 months. The first 3 months are unpaid and focused on foundational training, mentorship, and involvement in real‑world design sprints. Based on your performance and project contributions during that period, you’ll transition into a paid internship for the final 3 months. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user flows and wireframes Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions Create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch Design responsive UI assets (icons, components, screens) adhering to our design system Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and cross‑functional stand‑ups Document design decisions, style guidelines, and user‑research findings What You’ll LearnUser‑centered design methodologies (personas, journey maps, empathy maps) Advanced prototyping and animation techniques for web and mobile Running and synthesizing usability tests to drive design iterations Building and maintaining a scalable design system Collaboration workflows between design, engineering, and product teams Presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders in a regulated industry Finsocial Digital Systems is committed to diversity and inclusion.
