Job Roles and Responsibilities: Calling Leads: Connecting with Organic leads with expected talk-time of 3 hours daily. Lead Guidance: You will serve as the main point of contact for leads, understanding their requirements and sharing information about the programs, fostering strong relations with them and helping them in their decision making. Lead Registration: Helping the Converted leads in registering for the course. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students, making them ambassadors for BrightCHAMPS within their networks Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience is required. Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English Language. Strong relation building and convincing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge in MS Office Salary - up to 3.5LPA Timing : 8pm to 5 am IST 10pm to 7am IST
