Job Summary We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise and mid-market sales in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad . This role involves identifying, developing, and closing large leasing opportunities in the flex workspace sector through a consultative, value-driven sales approach . Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Leverage deep market insights to understand client pain points and deliver tailored workspace solutions. Use a consultative, solutions-based sales process to engage CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Build strong relationships with large corporates, startups, and channel partners to drive account penetration. Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. Own the end-to-end sales cycle , from discovery and proposal to deal structuring, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Lead strategic deals, including custom workspace solutions, brand integration, and service customizations. Contribute market feedback to product teams to refine offerings and improve customer value. Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and meetings with strategic partners. Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and pipeline status through CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho or similar). Key Skills & Competencies Strong track record in enterprise sales , business development, or leasing roles with consistent quota achievement. Deep understanding of solution selling and experience handling complex, consultative sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at CXO level. Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative team spirit. Ability to manage long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and customized requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred . 6–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, commercial real estate, IPCs, coworking, or hospitality sectors. Proficient with MS Office and web-based CRM tools (preferably Zoho ).
