Role Overview: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join the Pyng team and lead the creation of compelling visuals for our brand. This role is focused primarily on designing static creatives for digital campaigns, product marketing, and branding across platforms like Meta, Google, and in-app surfaces. Key Responsibilities: Creative Asset Development: Create platform-specific ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Display Design creatives including banners, social media posts, emailers, in-app visuals, and presentation assets Develop visuals for infographics, explainers, decks, and other marketing materials Campaign & Brand Design Execution: Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all channels Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality design assets Optionally contribute to video edits or simple motion graphics when needed. Workflow & Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews with the team Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and AI tools to enhance efficiency Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design for Ads (digital or print) Strong portfolio showcasing static creatives across marketing channels and platforms Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva Understanding of ad formats and creative best practices for Meta and Google Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to take feedback constructively. Bonus: Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) Familiarity with AI-based design tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney.
