We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist in driving the sales process, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth operations between teams. Role Overview : The Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales team by providing administrative support, handling client communications, and assisting with the management of quotes, follow-ups, and invoicing. This person will also act as a liaison between the sales, CAD/render, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities : CRM Management : Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads, maintain customer records, and manage follow-up communications. Quotes & Proposals : Generate and send out quotes to prospective clients based on sales team inputs and customer requirements. Follow-ups : Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and existing clients to move leads through the sales funnel. Coordination : Act as a bridge between the sales, CAD/render, and production teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services. Database Management : Research and identify potential prospects through online research and create a database of leads for the sales team. Invoicing & Documentation : Assist with the creation and distribution of invoices, ensuring that all billing details are accurate and up-to-date. Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support, including handling emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing client information. Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the design or creative industries. Strong proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with online research and lead generation. Familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting processes.
