About the Role: AltitudeQuest Travels is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader from the air travel industry to join our senior leadership team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in working with well-known travel brands and a proven track record of scaling startups into industry-recognized names. You will lead the transformation of AltitudeQuest into a premier brand in the air travel sector, while maintaining our core values of transparency, ethical travel services, and global customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term growth strategies focused on U.S. and international travel markets. Provide thought leadership in positioning AltitudeQuest as a trusted global brand. Brand & Business Development: Lead initiatives to establish AltitudeQuest as a household travel name in both the B2C and B2B sectors. Design high-impact marketing, branding, and digital campaigns to elevate visibility and customer loyalty. Operational Excellence: Oversee the setup and management of U.S.-facing operations from India in full compliance with international travel laws and best practices. Build and scale legitimate offshore delivery models for U.S. customers. Partnerships & Alliances: Collaborate with airlines, GDS providers, and technology partners to enhance service delivery. Drive commercial negotiations and alliance-building for long-term business growth. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a fast-growing cross-functional team, focusing on sales, customer success, and technology. Establish SOPs and quality control frameworks for high-volume air travel bookings. Ideal Candidate Profile: 12+ years of leadership experience in the air travel, OTA, or airline industry. Proven track record of working with top brands and scaling travel startups into recognized players. Deep understanding of U.S. and international air travel consumer behaviour and regulations. Experience in running U.S. operations remotely and ethically from India. Strong business acumen, branding sensibility, and digital-first thinking. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership presence. Nice to Have: Prior experience with airline consolidators or GDS systems. Exposure to multi-country legal and compliance frameworks in travel. Familiarity with call-center operations, CRM platforms, and AI tools for travel booking and support.
