Job role: CyberArk Analyst Location: Pune | Experience: 6+ Years | Type: Full-time Role Overview A CyberArk On-boarding Analyst plays a pivotal role in integrating privileged accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring secure access management across enterprise systems. The role is both consultative and operational, requiring collaboration with application teams, security engineers, and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Consultancy & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a consultant for teams onboarding PU/HPU accounts into CyberArk. Define onboarding scope, gather requirements, and identify stakeholders. Process Definition & Execution: Design and document onboarding workflows, including delegated account creation, platform setup, and UAT/production sign-off. Analysis & Scoping: Identify servers, accounts, and approvers. Use Cases: Handle various account types—local admin, domain admin, application support accounts, personal accounts etc. Documentation & Support: Prepare user guides, data templates, and release notes. Maintain operational runbooks. Issue Resolution: Able to understand and replicate issues related to password rotations, CPM failures, Erro handling. Compliance Reporting: Track and report onboarding status, ensuring all accounts meet control requirements. Required Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of CyberArk and Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and PAM principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access) and basic SQL Basic understanding of Windows and UNIX OS architecture, especially local account structures. Familiarity with CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, and SSH connectors Experience with manual and automated password rotation flows. Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and non-directory joined environments. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
