The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, providing customer service, and collecting feedback. The role also includes maintaining call logs and records of client interactions. This is an on-site role located in Indore. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus Ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently Comfortable with computer systems and call logging software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
