Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant (Luxury Sales) located in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering fashion consultation (sales), maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include assisting clients with their fashion needs, recommending products based on individual preferences, managing client appointments, and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree is mandatory
