Job Title: Creative Content & Upload Specialist (Amazon Marketplace) Location: Vashi-Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, India (On-Site) Working Hours: Start time between 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM & End time between 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised Creative Content & Upload Specialist  to lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of all visual and enhanced content on our Amazon listings. This role is pivotal in ensuring 100% content accuracy across all ASINs , maximising visual impact for top-selling products, and aligning our creative strategy with evolving competitive benchmarks. You will be responsible for end-to-end asset management —from briefing the design team and reviewing visuals, to uploading and verifying content live on Amazon. Additionally, this role requires ongoing listing audits, performance checks, and proactive competitor analysis to identify content opportunities that improve conversion, reinforce brand consistency, and elevate product presence. Key Responsibilities Listing & Content Accuracy Management Monitor all live listings regularly to ensure that images, A+ content, and Brand Story assets are properly reflected , formatted, and published without errors or mismatches. Ensure 100% content attachment across all ASINs , including product images, enhanced content modules, and brand identity elements. Maintain detailed tracking sheets of all listings, content status, and outstanding creative needs across categories and marketplaces. Strategic Content Prioritization Identify and prioritize updates for high-performing or high-visibility SKUs , ensuring top-selling products always meet best-in-class creative standards. Conduct competitive audits  to analyze visual trends, creative messaging, and image gaps—proposing new concepts or refreshes based on data and visual benchmarking. Coordinate with merchandising and marketing to align content refresh cycles with promotions, launches, and seasonal strategies. Image & Creative Review Review images and infographics submitted by the graphic design team to ensure alignment with Amazon guidelines, brand aesthetics, and listing context. Provide clear feedback on revisions and approve content for upload based on accuracy, quality, and effectiveness. Audit image sequences to ensure best practices (e.g., white background hero, feature highlights, lifestyle visuals) are consistently applied. Creative Briefing & Collaboration Develop detailed Amazon briefs  for graphic designers, including image hierarchy, usage scenarios, competitor references, and compliance requirements. Work cross-functionally with content writers, catalogue managers, and e-commerce teams to align visuals with product messaging and page structure. Maintain a well-organized archive of creative briefs, final assets, and content schedules. Upload Execution & Content Publishing Upload images, A+ content, and Brand Stories using Amazon Seller Central tools and/or flat files—ensuring accurate mapping to ASINs and timely publishing. Monitor upload status and troubleshoot delays, publishing issues, or content mismatches. Optimization & Performance Insights Regularly audit content performance, monitor suppressed assets, and track visual impact on conversion rates where possible. Recommend testing strategies for new content formats, image orders, or layout structures to drive improvement. Stay current with Amazon’s visual and creative standards, incorporating policy updates and trend shifts into workflows.
