Head – Sales, Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships Location: Mumbai Experience: 6–10 years About the Role This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, sharp communication, and deep relationship-building skills. You’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive business development, expand WLC’s member and partner ecosystem, and translate our vision into tangible outcomes. Core Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Build and manage a pipeline of new member leads - including entrepreneurs, CXOs, and senior professionals - for WLC’s curated community offerings • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities with corporates, institutions, and aligned leadership ecosystems • Lead discovery calls, relationship-building efforts, and onboarding conversations with potential members and partners • Curate customized proposals and solutions for strategic accounts • Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new members into the WLC ecosystem Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement • Identify and lead partnership conversations with leadership platforms, investors, and ecosystem enablers • Build relationships with potential sponsors, collaborators, and long-term allies to fuel programmatic growth • Craft compelling decks and partnership pitches that align with WLC’s ethos and offerings Founder-Led Stakeholder Engagement • Support outreach and follow-ups for founder-to-founder and CXO-level conversations • Co-create decks, outreach notes, and proposals alongside the Founder for external pitches • Ensure communication across email, WhatsApp, and digital touchpoints is thoughtful, sharp, and aligned with WLC’s voice Program & Campaign Amplification • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure key programs like are well-positioned across external conversations • Coordinate with design and content teams to build pitch support materials, social content, and event storytelling • Amplify WLC’s initiatives through relevant event partnerships, platform crossovers, and ecosystem showcases Strategic Digital Oversight • Offer strategic inputs on WLC’s digital visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters • Identify digital collaborations and campaign opportunities with aligned platforms • Coordinate with external agencies for digital outreach and engagement (optional) Who You Are • 6–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships • A relationship-first sales professional who knows how to close - without losing warmth or purpose • Strong communicator who is confident leading conversations with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders • Comfortable in founder-led, mission-driven environments • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and deeply collaborative Nice to Have • Experience working with women-led platforms, leadership communities, or learning ecosystems • A personal network of decision-makers, mentors, or amplifiers • Understanding of digital communication and platform storytelling What You’ll Get • A strategic role at one of India’s most purpose-led women leadership platforms • The opportunity to co-create with a powerful ecosystem of founders, investors, mentors, and changemakers • A front-row seat to how leadership, community, and capital come together To Apply Send your resume and a short note on why this role excites you to
