Job Title: Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Pune Job Type: Full Time, Work from Office Office Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM | Monday – Friday | 2nd & 4th Sat of Month Working Salary: INR 35,000 - INR 50,000 (Negotiable) Joining: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results and improving ROI on our paid media efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from setup to optimization and reporting. Analyze performance data to adjust strategies and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. Budgeting: Plan, manage, and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Continuously evaluate spending to ensure cost-efficiency. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on campaigns, creative assets, and landing pages to identify what drives the highest performance. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tracking tools to create detailed reports that track, measure, and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product, design, etc., to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to create personalized ad experiences that resonate with specific target audiences. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work on landing page optimization and ensure that every touch point in the customer journey is optimized for conversions. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing tactics to continuously refine and innovate performance marketing efforts. Requirements: Technical Skills: Proven expertise in managing large budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Heat Map Tools and other marketing tools. Experience with A/B testing platforms, data analysis, and reporting tools. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role, preferably in an digital agency setting. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus. Proven expertise in managing large budgets across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Heat Map Tools and other marketing tools. Experience with A/B testing platforms, data analysis, and reporting tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to performance marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or lead generation businesses. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
