Descriptive Parameters Leading the fixed income valuations team and ensure all valuations/data are delivered timely and accurately Act as a SME in Indian bond valuation and improve valuation processes and criteria Valuation of various Indian debt instruments including corporate bonds, structured notes, money market instruments, government securities, state development loans, treasury bills etc. Interacting with various Indian debt participants on regular basis for sourcing required market intelligence Sourcing and analyzing trades/pricing data through various market sources (exchange, assets managers etc.) for the purpose of pricing/valuations. Maintaining fixed income database Working on complex valuation models involving bond mathematics Ensuring all SOPs are updated and maintained in the required format. Leading the development, testing, maintenance of various in-house applications Role Requirements Understanding of Indian fixed income market Strong Analytical and Bond Mathematic skills Good oral and written communication skills Flair for meeting people, pleasant and presentable and coordinate with internal and external customers Innovative and solution orientation Open to new ideas and initiatives Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines Result orientation Preferred : existing working relationship/networking with Indian fixed income fund managers
