What You Will Do Own and deliver the P&L for Beem’s residential solar business. Drive rapid revenue growth to ₹1000 Cr+ in 3 years. Build and lead inside sales, on-ground sales, and partnerships across key geographies. Scale consumer acquisition through digital, assisted, and partner channels. Build fast, seamless fulfillment and service processes with high NPS. Drive partnerships with financiers, suppliers, channel partners, and the solar ecosystem. Build and track core KPIs: revenue, margins, CAC/LTV, sales productivity, NPS, ops TAT. Work with Tech/Product to automate and streamline sales and ops processes. Build and lead a strong consumer business team with a high-performance culture. Requirements 12–18 years in fast-growing consumer businesses with P&L ownership. Proven track record of scaling a business or vertical to ₹500–1000 Cr+ revenue, ideally within 3–5 years. Strong leadership across sales, fulfilment/ops, CX, and partnerships. Experience in sectors like residential solar, consumer tech, fintech, home services, or consumer durables. Expertise in scaling multi-channel consumer sales. Process and data-driven execution approach. Sharp leadership instincts and bias for action in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Energy/solar sector experience is a plus but not mandatory; learning agility is essential.
