Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Functional Consultant located in Thane. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring the smooth transition and optimization of ERP systems within organizations. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, configuring ERP software, providing user support and training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Qualifications Hands on Functional Experience in entire Financial Management / Inventory Management / Manufacturing Management for at least 3 years. 5+years’ experience of deploying Line of Business solution (preferably ERP / Navision/ Business Central) and interacting with end users and IT implementation teams Proficient in analyzing business processes and developing ERP solutions Strong analytical skills for assessing and enhancing ERP systems Experience with Dynamics Navision preferred Experience with ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Understanding of finance and accounting principles related to ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
