With a 100% digital-first approach and a strong student community, we deliver structured content, live mentorship, and personalized academic guidance.We are now expanding our Student Acquisition Team to onboard driven, dynamic, and empathetic Academic Counselors who will help transform student lives through meaningful academic conversations.Role Overview This is not your average telecalling job. As an Academic Counselor , you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring CA students, guiding them through course details, eligibility, study plans, and helping them enroll into the most impactful educational decision of their life.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding CA coursesInitiate outbound calls to prospective leads generated via marketing channelsProvide consultative guidance on course offerings, faculty, learning model, and exam strategyConvert leads into successful student enrollmentsMaintain accurate call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up schedulesMeet and exceed monthly enrollment targetsGenerate leads proactively through calling databases and WhatsApp outreachBuild long-term student relationships through empathy and trustIdeal Candidate Educational Background : , BBA, or any UG/PG in commerce or related fieldsCommunication : Impeccable verbal fluency and clarity in both English & TamilListening Skills : Strong ability to understand student concerns, doubts, and motivationsTech Comfort : Confident in handling Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, basic CRM toolsEmpathy-Driven Sales : You’re not here to push, but to guide and transformSelf-Starter : Takes initiative, asks questions, and learns fastAttitude : Energetic, positive, and mission-driven – we’re here to change livesWhat Success Looks Like 60–80 calls per day with structured follow-upsWeekly lead conversion ratio improvementsMonthly student enrollment targets consistently achievedCRM and WhatsApp updates maintained dailyStudents thanking you for helping them choose the right pathWhy Join Us?
