We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresher to join our team on assignment. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity , offers hands-on experience in finance operations.This role is designed to provide recent graduates/postgraduates with hands-on experience in core financial processes and systems, exposing them to both domestic and international finance operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in data entry and bookkeeping tasks (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)Support in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and month-end closuresReconcile bank statements and vendor accountsHelp in invoice processing and payment trackingMaintain proper documentation for audits and complianceAssist in tax calculations (TDS, GST) and returns filing supportParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activitiesCoordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirementsProgram Highlights12-months role with clear milestonesQuarterly project assignments to track and measure performanceDedicated mentorship and training on tools, processes, and finance systemsDevelopment of both technical competencies and soft skills (communication, teamwork, problem-solving)What We’re Looking For or graduates with strong academic credentialsInterest in pursuing a career in Finance and AccountingGood analytical and communication skillsEagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects
