Settle My Loan: Plot no 1, shah industrial estate , inside Ghanshyam industries , near Swadesh restaurant and Kings dance studio , off Veera desai rd, Opp.Veera desai Beed police chowky , Andheri West , Mumbai -400053Job descriptionWe Are Hiring – Customer Service ExecutivePosition: Customer Service ExecutiveShift: Day Shift (9 AM - 6:30 PM)Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 Saturday off/month)• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding loan settlement queries.• Provide detailed information on loan settlement processes and options.• Assist clients in understanding their financial obligations and the benefits of loan settlement.• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate matters to senior management when necessary.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.• Liaise with other departments, such as legal and finance teams, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.• Offer proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.• Support in preparing customer reports and feedback to management for process improvements.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or related field preferred).• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or loan management.• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.• Familiarity with loan processes, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Key Skills:• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.• Empathy and patience in dealing with clients in financial distress.Apply: Email : WhatsApp 7738887819
