The BIM Expert will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, coordinating with project teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and utilizing BIM software for designing and planning. The role involves closely collaborating with architectural and engineering teams to improve project efficiency and accuracy.QualificationsProficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, and NavisworksExperience in project coordination, design and planningStrong understanding of architectural and engineering principlesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldRelevant certifications and previous experience in BIM management are beneficial
