The ideal candidate is a performance-first thinker with a deep understanding of on-platform ad tools, campaign execution and growth analytics across marketplace ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart , etc.Manage end-to-end campaigns: keyword targeting, sponsored ads, display, banner placements, brand store integrations and A+ content promotion.Collaborate with clients, internal teams and platform reps to develop high performing marketplace media plans.Analyze performance metrics like ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.Own marketplace budgeting and daily performance tracking.Leverage platform specific tools (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, Zepto Brand Studio) for campaign execution.Stay updated with trends and innovations in retail media and marketplace monetization.Requirements3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and quick commerce ad platformsProven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns on Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA/Display Ads, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and ad dashboards.Ability to manage multiple brands/categories and communicate performance insights to clients.Experience in performance strategy, bidding logic and attribution tracking.Familiarity with FMCG, D2C, Fashion, Clothing/apparels or CPG brands is a plus.Add onsCertifications in Amazon Advertising or Meta/Facebook Blueprint.Experience with D2C website traffic attribution alongside marketplace spend.Understanding of retail merchandising and in-platform SEO.
