Today, GSG schools provide world-class education to over 45,000 students from more than 70 nationalities , offering curricula including IB, Cambridge, and CBSE .About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics to support our Finance ERP initiatives . The role demands a mix of technical expertise , understanding of finance modules , and the ability to translate business needs into effective TM1 solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize IBM TM1/Planning Analytics models for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance TM1 applications.Build and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, TI processes, and business rules.Support data integration between TM1 and ERP/financial systems.Provide end-user support and training to Finance teams.Ensure data integrity, system performance, and report accuracy.Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.Document processes, configurations, and workflows.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's/Master’s in Information Technology , Computer Science , or related discipline with a strong understanding of Finance or Accounting .5–10 years of hands-on experience in IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics .Solid understanding of finance modules – Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Financial Reporting.Proficient in TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, Rules scripting, and cube design.Experience with TM1 Web , Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx) , and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) .Good coding/scripting skills (e.g., TM1 scripting , SQL , MDX , Python is a plus).Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and Finance stakeholders.Preferred/Nice to HaveExperience integrating TM1 with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle .Exposure to cloud-based deployments or TM1 SaaS platforms.Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and version control systems.What We OfferA chance to work with a mission-driven, globally respected education group.Opportunity to shape financial systems across a multi-country school network.Competitive compensation and a collaborative, learning-focused work culture.Working days:5.5 daysOnsite
