Job Description – Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Support EngineerLocation: BangaloreWebsite: Type: Full Time (Monday-Saturday)CTC Range: ₹5–7 LPA (Fixed – Based on hands-on skills, not previous company size)Role Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to handle Level 2/3 escalations related to servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Azure, network configurations, VPNs, and customer-specific setups. You will act as the technical backbone for the service team and work closely with the Helpdesk, Field Engineers, and the Customer Success Manager to ensure SLA compliance and advanced issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Server & Infrastructure SupportManage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)User provisioning, group policies, file server permissions, login scriptsVirtualization (Hyper-V / VMware) setup and snapshot restores☁ ️ Cloud & M365 Sup portHandle Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, MFA policiesConfigure and troubleshoot hybrid environmentsMigrate mailboxes, manage OneDrive and Teams issueNetwork & Secu rityManage and configure firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, etc.)VPN setup (site-to-site & client-based), port forwarding, IP planningBasic routing, VLAN, switch config reviews for SME clientsEscalation & RCA HandlingResolve L2/L3 escalated tickets from helpdesk orCSMDocument RCA for all P1/P2 tickets and support SLA ChampionOwn closure of preventive alerts on core infraInternal CoordinationGuide and train L1/L1.5 engineers on escalated topicsSupport project team during infra handovers to servicePrepare and present weekly technical reports to CSM and CEO✅ Required Ski lls4–5 years in MSP or IT Infra support (L2/L3 level)Strong experience with Windows Server & Active DirectoryFamiliarity with Azure AD, M365 admin, basic PowerShellHands-on with firewall configuration and VPN setupWorking knowledge of VLANs, DHCP relay, port security, etc.Good documentation habits (RCA, ticket notes, asset changes)QualificationB.E. / B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fieldCertifications preferred: MCSA / AZ-104 / CCNALocat ion: Bangalore (On-site & remote support to client)Reports To: Customer Success Manager & CEO (escalation layer)This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.Only apply if you are aligned with the role scope and compensation range.Please do not apply if your expectations, experience, or background are significantly mismatched from the above scope.
