Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical RCM Specialist / Billing position located in Bakersfield, CA. The Medical RCM Specialist / Billing will be responsible for managing and processing medical billing and revenue cycle tasks. Daily tasks include handling insurance claims, managing denials, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other insurance regulations. The specialist will also handle ICD-10 coding, communication with insurance companies, and resolving billing issues. Qualifications Proficiency in medical terminology and denials management Experience with ICD-10 coding and insurance claim processing Knowledge of Medicare and other insurance regulations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Bakersfield, CA Experience in medical billing or a related field is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in healthcare administration is a plus Brightee software Salary depending on experience
