We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew. The Role We’re looking for a Seasoned Product Leader to lead and scale one of our most critical product lines: Savings Account . This is a high-impact role responsible for building products that drive trust, deposits, and habit-forming saving behaviors . You'll define the product vision, build new features, collaborate across teams, and obsess over customer outcomes. If you’ve led zero-to-one or scaled savings, deposits, or payment products, and know what it takes to ship, iterate, and grow adoption — this is the place to do it. What you’ll be responsible for Own the end-to-end roadmap for Savings , including savings accounts, core accounting flows, and related money experiences like debit card and deposits. Define and execute product strategy aligned to business goals: growing balances held, increasing activation, and boosting user retention . Lead discovery by deeply understanding user needs, regulatory constraints, and banking partner requirements. Prioritize with empathy, data, and clarity. Partner with engineering and design to ship well-scoped, high-quality product experiences . Break complex problems into iterative solutions. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, CS, Marketing, and Bank Partnerships to launch and scale compliant, seamless solutions. Use feedback loops, behavioral nudges, and lifecycle comms to build features that drive adoption and daily use . Build for reliability and modularity — this infrastructure will support multiple products and flows. Track and improve key metrics: total savings balances, activation % , product NPS, and revenue contribution from deposits. What we’re looking for 8+ years of product management experience, ideally across fintech, payments, savings, or banking infrastructure . Proven ability to define product strategy , set metrics, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments. Experience partnering with third parties like banks, KYC and verification providers, core banking systems , and/or regulatory partners . Comfort working with risk, compliance, legal, and CS teams to balance user experience with control frameworks. Strong product craft: user empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive UX. Hands-on with data, experimentation , and continuous iteration — not just shipping features, but driving business results. Technical fluency — you’re able to reason about trade-offs and collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams. Nice to have Prior experience in accounting systems, debit cards, or payment rails . Exposure to financial infrastructure, middleware, or banking-as-a-service platforms .
