Job Summary: Innovatily is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executives (MBA Freshers) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for recent MBA graduates who want to start their careers in sales. You will engage with potential clients via digital channels and calls, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline management process. Key Responsibilities: Engage leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. Understand customer requirements and present appropriate IT service solutions. Coordinate product demos, follow-up meetings, and handovers with senior sales team members. Handle lead generation campaigns. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer data. Respond to inbound queries and nurture leads until they are ready to convert. Contribute to meeting weekly/monthly sales targets and metrics. Eligibility & Qualifications: MBA in Sales and Marketing (2024 or 2025 pass-out). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in technology-enabled solutions. Confident in handling phone-based conversations with clients. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets. Preferred Skills: Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles. Understanding of B2B inside sales models.
